BELOW YOU WILL FIND COMMON RENEWAL QUESTIONS PLUS REMINDERS AND INFORMATION ABOUT SEATS AND CAMPING. DATES OF RENEWAL ARE COMING SOON

COMMON RENEWAL QUESTIONS.

NOTICE ABOUT SCALPING
. Advertising or selling renewable seats and camp sites for above the original sale prices will result in those items not being renewed the following year. We understand that sometimes things come up and you can't attend, but you still want to renew your renewable items. Pickup Receipts are transferable without changing the name. If you see someone scalping seats or campsites for above the original sale price, email screen shots and links to info@countryconcert.com.

NEW FOR 2024 - IMPORTANT NOTE: Renewals will be emailed this year.  They will be coming from renewals@countryconcert.com.  Please put renewals@countryconcert.com in your contacts list.

WHO GETS A RENEWAL?
If you purchased Any Type of Reserved Seat or Reserved Camping for Country Concert '23, you will receive a Renewal that offers you the same item(s) and an opportunity to request different locations, and/or additional quantities.  The Renewals were emailed September 19th.  If you did not order at least 1 reserved item you will not receive a renewal.  CC 23 orders that only had General Admission and/or Gold Circle tickets will not receive a Renewal.  All camping, seats, and ticket types will go on sale Monday 11/20.  Thanks!

NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE THE EMAIL ADDRESS "renewals@countryconcert.com" IS IN YOUR CONTACT LIST SO YOUR RENEWAL DOES NOT GO INTO YOUR SPAM FOLDER. YOU CAN ADD "renewals@countryconcert.com" TO YOUR EMAIL CONTACT LIST FROM YOUR PHONE OR PC.  If you did not receive a Renewal in your email, please contact our office at info@countryconcert.com.

WHEN IS THE RENEWAL DUE?
We must have your renewal back in our office by Oct 6th.  This is no longer the Postmarked date, but the date we need to have it in our hands.  Please email it to renewals@countryconcert.com before Oct 6th.  If you still want to mail it, please use a guaranteed delivery method so we have it on or before Oct 6th.  THANKS!.   You can email it to renewals@countryconcert.com by taking a picture of each page with your phone and attaching the pictures to the email.  You can also scan the pages and attach those scans to the email.  Make sure each page is clear and readable so your Renewal is not delayed.

WHEN WILL I KNOW IF YOU MOVED MY SEATS OR CAMPING AS I REQUESTED?
Due to the large volume of renewals, please don't call the office about your requested seat or campsite locations.  We will not be able to tell you on the phone if we were able to move your seats and/or campsites (if you requested a move).  The renewals won't be processed until a couple weeks after the renewal deadline. You will receive an email with your order items when it is complete.  A Pickup Receipt will be mailed to you later this year.  Treat the Pickup Receipt like cash and bring it to the concert to redeem for your Wristbands, Seats, Camping, etc.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR SEATS OR CAMPSITE LOCATIONS?
There will be a "RENEWAL OPTIONS" form included where you can select options for moving seats/campsites or transferring your seats to others.  This is a new form for 2024 which will simplify the process.   If we can't accommodate your request, we will renew the seat and campsites you had in 2023.

WHAT IF YOU ONLY WANT TO RENEW SOME OF THE ITEMS ON MY RENEWAL FORM?
Put a line through the items you don't want to renew.  Recalculate the total.

ADDING ADDITIONAL SEATS AND/OR CAMPSITES?
If you want to add additional campsites or seats,  fill out the "ADDITIONAL ITEMS ORDER FORM".  If we can't accommodate your request, we will email you or call you with other options.

UPGRADING TO DIFFERENT SEAT OR CAMPING AREAS?
If you want to upgrade to a different seat or camping area use the "RENEWAL OPTIONS" form to let us know where you want to move.  Let us know on the "RENEWAL OPTIONS" form if you want to keep the seats you had if we can't move you. This will save on time by not having to make a lot of phone calls or leaving messages. Email all the sheets back to us.

TRANSFERRING YOUR RENEWAL TO/OR FROM SOMEONE ELSE?
If you want to give your renewal to someone else, fill out the "RENEWAL OPTIONS" form so we know that you are signing it over to someone else. Provide their name, address, phone number, and credit card information. Sign it and email it to us.

You can request to keep some of the items on your renewal and sign some items over to someone else. Identify what you are keeping and what you are signing over.

WHEN DO WE CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD?
We charge your card when the renewal comes in. If you requested any upgrades or additions, we will charge your card again, if we can accommodate your requests. We won’t know that until several weeks after the Oct 6th renewal deadline.
