SCALPING NOTICE
Advertising or selling renewable seats and campsites for above the original sale prices will result in those items not being renewed the following year. We understand that sometimes things come up and you can't attend, but you still want to renew your renewable items. Pickup Receipts are transferable without changing the name. If you see someone scalping seats or campsites for above the original sale price, email screenshots and links to info@countryconcert.com.

RENEWALS WILL BE EMAILED
Renewals will be emailed again this year and will be in the form of a personalized digital link. NO PRINTING OR SCANNING WILL BE REQURIED! They will be coming from renewals@countryconcert.com. Please put renewals@countryconcert.com in your contacts list.

WHO GETS A RENEWAL?
If you purchased any type of reserved seat or reserved camping for Country Concert '25, you will receive a Renewal that offers you the same item(s) and an opportunity to request different locations, and/or additional quantities. The Renewals will be emailed. If you did not order at least 1 reserved item you will not receive a renewal. CC’25 orders that only had general admission and/or Gold Circle tickets will not receive a Renewal. All camping, seats, and tickets will go on sale Monday, November, 24.

NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE THE EMAIL ADDRESS "renewals@countryconcert.com" IS IN YOUR CONTACT LIST SO YOUR RENEWAL DOES NOT GO INTO YOUR SPAM FOLDER. YOU CAN ADD "renewals@countryconcert.com" TO YOUR EMAIL CONTACT LIST FROM YOUR PHONE OR PC. If you do not receive a Renewal in your email after we announce they were sent, please contact our office at info@countryconcert.com.

WHEN IS THE RENEWAL DUE?
We must have your renewal back in our office by October 13. This is no longer the Postmarked date, but the date we need to have it in our hands. Please use the link that was sent to you through your email and submit it before the end of day October 13.
If you are paying by check, you can print the paperwork using the link. Please use a guaranteed delivery service that ensures we receive your renewal and check by October 13 (not responsible for late mail or shipping). Our address is Hickory Hill Lakes, 7103 SR 66, Fort Loramie, Ohio 45845.

WHEN WILL I KNOW IF YOU MOVED MY SEATS OR CAMPING AS I REQUESTED & WHEN DO WE CHARGE YOU CREDIT CARD?
Due to the large volume of renewals, please don't call the office about your requested seat or campsite locations. We will not be able to tell you on the phone if we were able to move your seats and/or campsites (if you requested a move).
We will charge your card for the items on your renewal when we receive it. If you requested upgrades or additional seats/campsites, we will charge the difference if we can accommodate your requests. This process can take up to 30 days after the Renewal deadline. After the Renewal orders are complete, we will be mailing all the Renewals out in mid- December to the address on your renewal. If you do not receive a pickup receipt in the mail by February 1, please email us at info@countryconcert.com.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE OR UPGRADE YOUR SEATS OR CAMPSITE LOCATIONS?
There will be an "OPTIONS" section in the link where you can select options for moving seats/campsites. **Because of the extra time required for orders which request changing or moving reserved items (seats or campsites), an additional non-refundable $25 modification fee will be applied for those specific orders. We’ll do our best to accommodate those requests, but fulfillment is not guaranteed**
Please fill out the 2nd and 3rd choices on the OPTIONS section in case we can't accommodate your request. Add any comments regarding seat/camping preferences in the comment section before submitting. If we can't accommodate your request, we will renew the seat and campsites you had in 2025.

WHAT IF YOU ONLY WANT TO RENEW SOME OF THE ITEMS ON MY RENEWAL FORM?
You will hit cancel within the link for the specific items that you don’t want to renew.

ADDING ADDITIONAL SEATS AND/OR CAMPSITES?
If you want to add additional campsites or seats, fill out the "ADDITIONAL ITEMS ORDER” section. Please fill out the 2nd and 3rd choices on the OPTIONS section in case we can't accommodate your request. Add any comments regarding seat/camping preferences in the comment section before submitting.

TRANSFERRING YOUR RENEWAL TO/OR FROM SOMEONE ELSE?
If you want to give your Renewal to someone else, first, select transfer next to the item(s) you would like to transfer, then fill out the "Transfer" portion of the link so we know who you are signing the reserve items over to. Provide their name, address, phone number, and email. We will contact them to get their credit card number.
You can request to keep some of the items on your Renewal and sign some items over to someone else. Identify which of the reserved items you are keeping, and select “renew” or “transfer” next to those items. If you are transferring a campsite, an entrance ticket must be purchased to process the order.
If you need to transfer your renewal to multiple people, please provide information in the comments and we will contact them. Additional fees will apply.

NOTE: The "renewals@countryconcert.com" email uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) which is a secure internet protocol that encrypts email for privacy and secure delivery. TLS prevents unauthorized access of email when it's in transit over internet connections.

We also want everyone to get a good night's sleep. If you have a generator, YOU are responsible for the safety of everyone in your camper and near your generator. If your generator does not look safe, is not spaced out correctly, is too loud, or we receive a complaint about it, we will ask you to turn it off. Thanks!

Battery operated carbon monoxide alarms are recommended for any camping situation, Tent, RV, Motorhome.

There is daily trash pick-up. Set your trash in trash bags near a gravel road.
There will be a company going through the campgrounds each day offering fresh water fill-ups and pumping service; flag them down if needed.

If you have any issues, please contact the Campground Host, Security or the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department.

Reserved sites can be renewed or upgraded in September for the next year (provided your campsite is kept clean and we have no security problems with your site).
