Campsite Cleanup Policy (in an effort to keep our campgrounds clean and safe) - By ordering a campsite, you agree to allow Country Concert to charge you an additional cleanup fee if you don’t remove all items from the campsite and bag the trash before you leave.
A Camping Permit includes One Camping Unit Pass (RV, Tent, etc,) one Vehicle Pass, and two Campground Wristbands. You can purchase up to 6 more Campground Wristbands at a nominal cost for a total of 8 people per campsite. Everyone in the campgrounds must have a Concert Entrance Wristband and a Campground Wristband. You can also purchase one Additional Vehicle Pass for each Camping Permit, which allows you to park at or near your campsite. There is also Overnight Car Parking for campers located in separate lots near the Concert side and Vera Side campgrounds. Units must be 15’ apart side by side, including camper slide-outs and 10’ end to end).
Remember to bring blocks to level your camper. All sites are not flat.
Country Concert camper parking closes at 9 pm nightly.
Creekview South, Creekview North, Eagles Landing
Arrive any day beginning Monday at 10AM until 9PM
Concert Side Camping (R1, R2 ,R4, S3, S7, S8, S9, S10, S11, Tent Campus Concert)
Arrive any day beginning Tuesday at 10AM until 9PM
Vera Side Camping (V6, V6E, Vera Park as you Arrive, Vera Tent Campus)
Arrive any day beginning Wednesday at 10AM until 9PM
All camp units and vehicles must enter gate printed on Pick-Up Receipt to be validated.
Everyone in the Campground must a Concert Entrance Wristband for the day you are in the campground, and a Campground wristband. For example, if you only have a Friday Entrance Wristband, you can arrive with your camping unit on Friday (8AM-9PM), camp overnight on Friday and then leave by Saturday noon. We take the safety of our campgrounds very seriously and being in the Campground without the proper Entrance Wristband and Campground Wristband is trespassing.
No open flames are allowed in any of the campgrounds. That includes campfires, enclosed fire pits, tiki torches, etc.; nothing with an open flame. Grilling on an above ground charcoal or gas grill is OK.
Pets are not allowed in the Campground or Show areas.
Sound systems or large speakers are not allowed in the Campgrounds.
Generators must be shut off from 1 AM to 7 AM. Generators running after 1 AM will be confiscated.
There is daily trash pick-up. Set your trash in trash bags near a gravel road.
There will be a company going through the campgrounds each day offering fresh water fill-ups and pumping service; flag them down if needed.
If you have any issues, please contact the Campground Host, Security or the Shelby County Sheriff.
Reserved sites can be renewed or upgraded in September for the next year (provided your campsite is kept clean and we have no security problems with your site).
Electric & Water Usage – Campers who rent a site with water and electric can have one electric cord and one water hose hooked to the camping unit only. No outside watering, pool filling, sprinkling, etc. is permitted. Campers should arrive with a full tank of fresh water, and empty black and grey tanks.
For Tent Campers, Country Concert provides a clear envelope for your tent camping permit and a zip tie to attach the permit to your tent. If you do not do this, your tent may be removed.
