To request a full refund, you must mail your original pickup receipt to:

Please write anywhere on the Pickup Receipt “I want a refund” and sign it.
As a reminder, keeping your tickets guarantees you a lower price than any 2021 prices. Keeping your tickets will also serve as your renewal for 2021. There will be no other chance this fall to renew your seats or campsites for 2021.
If you can’t make it in 2021 but would still like to keep your seats and/or camping spot for future years, you can sell your order to another person. The buyer just needs to have your original 2020 pickup receipt to use for 2021. You can list your tickets on our Face Book page for now. We are planning a verified ticket resale site in the near future for your convenience.
If you want a refund for only some of the items on your order and not others, draw a line through the ones you want refunded. We will send you a new Pickup Receipt with the remaining items after the refund is processed.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card or cards you used for the purchase. If the credit card you used is no longer valid, please write on the back of the Pickup Receipt the Credit Card number and Expiration date you want to use for the refund. We can only refund to different cards if the card you used for the purchase is invalid.
REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE UNTIL – JUNE 30TH
Your original pickup receipt must be postmarked by June 30th to receive a refund. We will process your refunds promptly, but they can take up to 30 days after we receive your Pickup Receipt.
